Dedici is a learning and development organisation committed to helping people be their
best as leaders, professionals and human beings.
Founded in 2012 with a focus on CPD for healthcare professionals, we support doctors and clinical leaders (at over 100 NHS Trusts) with impactful professional development.
That grounding continues to shape how we work today across all sectors, including:
Healthcare | Education | Public Sector | Corporate | Charities
What we do
Our Evolution
We continue to passionately support Healthcare, however the challenges we work with are shared widely across organisations, communities and individuals.
Wellbeing, digital confidence and collaboration matter everywhere, not just in one sector. In addition, traditional “training” or CPD needs to be part of something broader to create lasting change.
In response, Dedici evolved from being “just” a training provider to a transformation partner across all sectors and communities.
We work alongside our amazing healthcare professionals to develop healthier people, smarter teams and more connected communities.
How we work
our approach
Much of our work happens in conversation: facilitation, coaching, mediation etc. Human connection matters more than ever!
These approaches help people slow down, think clearly and work through challenges that sit beneath the surface.
Our approach is practical, grounded and human, always shaped by the real environments people are working in.
REALITY + AMBITION = TRANSFORMATION
Dedici's Heritage
Our name
“Dedici takes its name from the Latin didicī, meaning “I learned”, and the Esperanto dediĉi, meaning “to dedicate”. Together, they reflect our dedication to lifelong learning with purpose.
Our logo is inspired by the West African Adinkra symbol “Nea Onnim No Sua A, Ohu”, meaning “He who does not know, can learn”; a symbol of knowledge, continuous learning and personal growth.
“DEDICI” also represents how we are known. Our work is guided by six core values that shape how we partner with others and support healthier people, smarter teams, and more connected communities.

Leadership Fundamentals
Very inclusive and asked insightful questions allowing the attendees to explore their own strengths and “weaknesses” as well as techniques used. I want to balance the push and pull of leadership – not just try and be persuasive, but also influence change.

ES/CS New Postgraduate Medical Supervisor Training
Laura clearly knows how to make a challenging subject very easy to discuss. She gave some very clear pointers and structures for preparing for supervisor’s meeting and how to follow the progress of the supervisee. She actively answered the questions I had and gave guidance for further resources to look up. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed the session. A massive thanks for conducting such a brilliant session. I felt very safe in discussing challenges I have come across with supervisees and felt I now have better strategies to improve my skills as a supervisor. The course focused on relevant topics including those topics that I dread as a supervisor (referring to dealing with a trainee requiring additional support). We had very open and honest discussions and we were able to share experiences with each other in a very open environment.
