With a background in organizational psychology, specializing in people development and workplace performance (including performance management), Marion has extensive experience as a trainer and coach in the NHS, private and third sector and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Educators.
After initially training in law, Peter joined the training industry in 2001 as an e-learning developer. He spent 10 years working internationally in the charity sector, and has over 20 years experience in project, event and account management.
Chris has a wealth of experience from his background in the Social Services. After working with and supporting vulnerable young adults in central London, Chris worked in the Third Sector overseas where he gained additional skills (teaching, mentoring, and managing).
Amanda is an experienced Account Manager and Personal Assistant both in the private and public sector, including some time working in Spain. Her expertise includes process development, event coordination and business development.
Emma has extensive experience in Account Management and Customer Service, developed over 10 years with a leading UK retailer, combined with previous experience in Finance/Admin roles in the training industry.
Jason has extensive experience in coaching and counselling including neurodiversity. His focus is on the person rather than process approach to explore barriers to what is holding back performance and to support the development of new effective strategies to enable progress.
After a senior level career in public relations, sales and marketing, Karen is a highly experienced, and award winning mentor and coach specializing in the development and delivery of social media topics for senior professionals.
Sue has worked at Board level in an international logistics organisation and as a highly regarded executive coach and mentor. Her extensive experience in organisational change, talent management and diversity enables a thought provoking and pragmatic approach to her coaching practice.
Sue’s interest in neuroscience supports the delivery of training and coaching, to support self discovery, enabling individuals to reach their peak potential. With extensive experience in career development and resilience, she has also delivered specialist support trainee doctors in the NHS.
Viv has extensive experience in HR, including learning and development in the pharmaceutical industry which has involved extensive collaboration with leadership teams on organisational change. Her specialist interest is encouraging self led learning and agile learning cultures.
Cara’s background is in the pharmaceutical industry and her experience includes senior roles in learning and development at a global level. Her specialist fields include organisational transformation, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
Andy is a highly experienced IT specialist and a proven ability to deliver engaging workshops that motivate and engage with both the most experienced ‘applications’ user through to those who struggle with either the technical side or have a fear of starting out with new applications.
Laura has extensive change management experience in the public sector with roles in both the police, and Health Education England. Qualified in delivering mental health training, she is also worked in professional support in the NHS focusing on resilience, wellbeing and career coaching.
Rob is currently a Professor of Medical Law and has been working as a teacher in law since 2005. A much published author his specialist area is medical law and ethics.
Sue has a very varied life science background. She is a much published author in the field of HR and personal effectiveness. An NLP Master Practitioner she specialises in highly participative people development in times of career transition and change and trains internationally.
Bringing excellent people and technical skills, Kamal has over 30 years practical and leadership experience within the IT function of a large local government organisation. He delivers practical and interactive workshops for using technology to its full capacity.
Clare is an experienced mediator, trainer and highly accredited coach in the fields of leadership, communication, conflict, well-being and confidence. She has supported doctors in the NHS, as well as a number of universities, the legal profession, and the private sector.
Nichola is passionate about working with organisations and individuals to develop talent, especially in the fields of leadership and executive coaching. She has over twenty years strategic experience in both the private and the public sector
After much experience in the marketing arena, Laura set up her own business in 2018. Specializing in training, and social media strategy for marketing and public relations, her passion for ethical and sustainable futures for not for profit organisations has led to much success.
As a highly qualified neuro-diversity and English as a second language specialist, Carla has supported adults both in the UK and Kenya. Her coaching support has been used in the NHS to provide exam and study skills support, as well as doctors returning to training.
Amanda has had a lifetime career in food manufacturing, and is highly experienced as a senior level working on commercial multi-stakeholder projects. She brings much experience in developing and delivering training interventions, and acting as a facilitator for change.
A highly experienced business leader, Ron’s talents lie in leadership and change management training, with an eye on the detail of the end user experience. Ron has led major transition projects in the commercial sector, and is now valued for high calibre engaging training delivery.
Rachel is a qualified and very experienced trainer with a background of learning and development in blue chip companies both in the UK and Internationally. She has also undertaken past projects in virtual training. Her specialisms are leadership, communication and behavioural change.
Lyndsey is a learning and development specialist who has held various leadership roles within charities, public and private sectors. Her expertise includes project management, trainer development and she is a mental health first aid instructor.
With a background in the first line services in the public sector, Richard’s expertise lies in leadership development, including core skills and team development. He has a high level of expertise in utilizing psychometric tools to raise awareness of the impact of approaches on effectiveness.
A qualified specialist tutor and diagnostic assessor in the field of Specific Learning Difficulties (undergraduate and postgraduate level), Helen’s coaching has been utilized in the NHS to support those requiring personal organisation, exam and revision coping strategies.
