When Dedici formed back in 2012, we vowed to ensure that we would stand out from the crowd! We aspired to provide industry-leading development programmes, with the personalised customer service of a small family business.
It wasn’t our aim to become the biggest or the most profitable, but rather to develop a reputation for excellence in design, delivery and client relationships. We didn’t want to be just a provider of training, but a valued partner in development. Our focus was to support public sector employees to become the best version of themselves, professionally and personally.
Development
Since inception, we have been privileged to deliver over 1200development sessions, helping thousands of individuals to develop professionally and personally. We are proud to have delivered for 170+ organisations, over 90% of which come back to us again and again. Our development programmes are properly researched and designed for the target audience – not just adapted from the corporate market. They are interactive and impactful.
“All that is valuable in human society depends upon the opportunity for development accorded the individual” – Albert Einstein
Excellence
Dedici has been accredited as a Provider of Training Excellence by the Professional Development Consortium, the UK’s most prestigious provider of CPD Accreditation. We didn’t seek simple accreditation of a handful of courses – we sought a robust third-party verification of our entire organisation. This award verifies that our content, processes, learning experience and customer satisfaction are all quality assured. We are also proud to be accredited by the Good Business Charter.
“Excellence is not an act but a habit. The things you do the most are the things you will do best” – Marva Collins
Dedication
We are ‘dedicated to development’ in the public sector, and have a special interest in healthcare professionals, both clinical and non-clinical. We don’t try to do anything and everything – we play to our strengths! This strict focus has enabled us to refine our design and delivery to be up to date, relevant and meaningful.
“When you see validation for a life’s work and dedication, it’s a beautiful day” – Mary Gauthier
Integrity
Honesty and integrity are not just words on a wall for Dedici. We hold ourselves to the highest standards as a matter of honour. If we can’t do something well – we decline. If we get something
wrong – we admit it. When something needs to be said – we say it! No cutting corners, no being ‘economical with the truth’. Integrity is the foundation of our success, and the reason we enjoy long-lasting customer relationships.
“Trust and integrity are precious resources, easily squandered, hard to regain” – Sissela Bok
Coaching
Since 2012, we have adopted a ‘coaching mindset’, both internally for us as a team, and as part of our blended development programmes. We like to think of people, not in terms of their current performance (or past mistakes), but their untapped potential for the future! We use 1:1 coaching, group coaching, co-coaching and team coaching to help coachees reach specific personal or professional goals.
“Building awareness and responsibility is the essence of good coaching” – John Whitmore
Improvement
Our recipe for success and organisational health is “Continuous Improvement”. Consistency is key: every day we make improvements to our content, processes, delivery and mindset. We genuinely welcome feedback from all sources so that we too can reach our full potential!
“Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection” – Mark Twain
